i was at my lfs today and they had a silver aro that was about 8 inches. they said they wanted 80 bucks and i was wondering if 80 bucks is worth it?

i see one maybe once out of every five visits to the lfs.and i dont go alot. but the only ones before this one were babies. this one is still fairly small but definatly not a baby.
In katy texas I got a 7in for 50. Seems a bit pricey to me but if you want it that bad then go for it. It's my favorite fish so if I was feeling crazy that day I might just have an extra silver. Good luck.

Here in Australia the starting price is $250 but most people pay $350. All you're gettin is 4 inch juvie.
Forget about Asian aro's if your on a tight budget. The next most affordable aro is the "Green" - starts at $600 and rising.
