can i keep 2silver arowanas an 2jardini arowana in the same tank dose any1 no?:nilly: its just i had 2 silvers way back an they killed eatch other an there not cheap as ye all no.have my 300 gallon all most ready so when its ready ill be getin sum

Completely relevant to "General Salt"

But to answer your question, Jardinis have unexpected bursts of aggression and I wouldn't trust a jar with any other fish at all.

+1 for "Not in a Marine tank"

dude, they'll be fine in marine!
dont let people crush your dreams!!

No, definitely not. A 300 probably can't house a full grown silver, unless it's got a wide footprint and a low height, which I'd recommend against. Can you tell us the dimensions? Very few jardinis tolerate tankmates, the majority of them need to be kept alone.

Arowana communities usually only work when there are at least 6 arowanas, but this undoubtedly would require a massive tank.

sorry about that now thats the first iv tryed ta post stil new to this thing so
no ill be putin them in freshwater I NO THAT,ya so some1 told me that they will kill the silvers ill be getin them small like 8" to 10" SO any info will be good thanks

I have an oscar large datnoid and pleco with my jar. I ateempted to add a silver aro and he murdered him really bad! I felt so awful and would not recommend it. My jar is cool with his current tank mates only because they are a good size and he was added second to last in the tank.
