My silver arowana stopped eating about a month ago and it is now in a hospital tank with methalyne blue salt and api general cure for parasites. He is extremely lethargic and is laying on his side with the front half of him up so he looks like an L. In addition to that he is also pooping green and white poop which is extremely stringy. I've been treating him for parasites but he is not getting any better and is only deteriorating as time goes on.

sorry this doesn't sound good. I worry that he has something much more serious. With the poop being that bad I would guess we have some liver problems too now. You can try broad spectrum antibiotics but things do not sound promising .
