Silver arowana sitting at bottom of tank

My silver aro, 12” long is sitting at the bottom of tank since my aquarium cleaning.! I took him in a big plastic cover . Cleared the aquarium well. Filled up with water and around 20mins after i introduced him.! And from around 2 weeks he is like this. He only comes up when i go near him to feed. Rest all time he sits at the bottom near the filter.. please help..! Before my aquarium water changes he was well and active. Know he seems to be lil scared because he jumped when i was trying to get him into cover..

Mine is normally coasting along the bottom, he quit after I put him into his new 220 home, now I am noticing lightly discolored scales along his back and a scale lifted on his cheek, anyone know what is causing this?

Also giving him some crickets and activating his internal hunter instincts will help him skim the top of the water.

I think he is stressed.. mine was also sitting at the bottom.. i checked him once by turing off the aquarium lights, from tht time whenever i turn off the lights he comes to the top and runs along through the top.
