silver arowana--socal

My buddy is looking for a silver arowana. Size has to be at least 10". Anything smaller and it will be datnoid food. Needs to be around LA, OC area in socal. Or if anybody seen one in a LFS, that would work also. Let me know what you guys got. Thanks
