Not sure anyone can tell you everything. You will need to take it upon yourself to do some research. I will tell you this a silver aro is not for the lazy fishkeeper.
They grow fast, within the first 18 months it will be two foot long. So the tank size will need to be large right away. 180 gallon 6' x 2' x 2' is minimum for a 24" aro, and it will outgrow this within a few years also.
They do best in very clean water, so heavy filtration is needed along with large weekly water changes. Feeding is not hard, they can be trianed to eat a variety of foods. Though live feeders are not recommended as most are not healthy.
If you are a fairly new aquarist you will need to learn the "Nitrogen Cycle" as it pertains to the home aquarium.
Do some research and then comeback with specific questions.
