I just started reading up on Datnoids, (specifically Silver Dats) and started to think if I could put one in a 125 g. Could I do more than one? Advice? Suggestions/Ideas?

For a while you could keep a few in light brackish as they are slow growers, they will eventually outgrow the tank but you should have plants of time before then.

Tankmates can include (when smaller), golden sailfin mollies, dragon gobies, orange chromides, and other compatible brackish fish.

Thanks, I’ve heard the Silver Datnoid usually stay under 14 inches, if I only do one could I keep it in a 125 for life?

I've got a silver in a 45 and plan to move him to my 125. Very slow growing. It's gonna be years before it reaches full size. This is my first one ever but everything I've read said they max out at 10-12" which is no problem in a 125. I don't see why you couldn't have more than one in that size tank.

Thanks, just wondering, what do you feed him/her?

When I first got him I couldn't get him to eat anything but worms. I used to feed him red wigglers. I started mixing Hikari sinking carnivore pellets in with the worms and then eliminated the worms. I'd like to mix in other foods but that's all he eats.
