Alright B...

It's rare for silvers to not eat, but u mention the condition at mouth region, so I would dose 2kg salt /100g water and up temp to round 28 C ....Doesn't sound good though.

U know your stuff, but what r Tank mates and tank size? how long u had fish for?

No meds until u know what is.

I picked up the silver about 2 weeks ago. It was from a friend of mine. In my friend's tank it would eat shrimp non stop and steal it from other tankmates. Tankmates are dats, gars, niger cats, and a motoro ray. It was very fat when I got it, but now still seems fat but doesn't eat :nilly: The color is light pink and copperish. Alright I will raise my temp and add salt...

Silvers skittish like crazy

some of mine started eating the moment they were in the tank and some took their own sweet time to eat.
