Silver Dats for CHEAP!!!

Hey guys...I figured I would give you guys a heads up on this little deal on Silvers if anyone is interested.

Zoo Creatures in Plaistow, NH has about 6 good size ATs (the two I scooped are 8") that they want to get rid of. I picked up two for myself, and he said he would hook up anyone I knew for a good price as well...not as good as my hook-up...but still pretty good.

He's looking to get $75 for a pair...not bad at that size and FAT!!! If anyone in the area is interested, just go in and ask for Frank and let him know you I told you about the 2-for-$75 deal, and you're all set.

That does sound quite cheap, they retail at £50 for a 5" near me.

Here's the smaller of the two ATs I just picked up recently.

The bigger guy is about 8"...this guy is about 6.5"

Nice looking AT. Just a slight out of topic query, I am just wondering how do u clean up those white sand?

It can be a pain sometime, but I just take the intake tube off of my python and go over the surface just close enough to pull the waste off the top.

Thanks Josh. I'm thinking of picking up two more this weekend. I ended up finding a 90 so they will be going in there.

LOL. I didn't even notice that...it does look like he's giving him a look. They get along pretty well. The geo is always right by that ATs side. The AT stuck up for him once...now they are buddies.

I went back the the lfs yesterday and they still had six of the ATs left...so I picked them all up.

They all look great, with the exception of one that is real thin. I guess they were only feeding live at the lfs, so I got some shiners from the bait shop just to fatten the little guy up a bit.

I'll post some pics of the new guys as soon as I can.
