Hi guys, I was just feeding my fish and as I was feeding them one of my silver dollars got stuck between the 2 suction cups on my heater-I tried to help get him out but by the time I was able to he had already gotten out on his own and has lost a lot of scales, there are many of them floating in the water. He is breathing rapidly and did not eat when I was feeding them. Do you think he will make it and is there anything I can do to give him a better chance? Tank is at 80 degrees, all water params are good. I turned the light off in the tank to reduce stress. Thanks for the help

It's a light brush. There are injuries worse than what he has. He'll be fine. Good idea to keep the lights off.
you could also maybe add a little stress coat in there.
