my three silverdollars are eating my new large amazon sword plant there are bite marks all over the plant i am going to be adding amazon frogbit,microsword and maybe another large sword plant but how can i keep the silver dollars distracted from the plant im going to get a lettuce clip and im going to put lettace and cucumber in it since i have to feed my pleco too altho he doesnt seem interested in plant matter will the clip and haveing more plants distract them from at least the amazon sword?

There's no way you can stop them from eating plants. They are vegetarians by nature. Adding any of those plants will not help you save a penny. Save yourself the trouble by forgetting the plants totally if you plan to keep the silver dollars.

i just noticed my silver dollars dont eat it that much they seem to be more interested in the massivore pellets i feed them since my yellowtail cuda is on the pellets and silversides

You might want to try putting some duck weed in your tank. That might keep them full. You may never get it out of your tank though. I have some SD and they eat everything. I have never seen fish grow as fast as they have.
