I have recently rescued a silver dollar about half a year ago. I have him in my 75. He is 13 years old. He was eating flakes (goldfish) and then there was an outbreak of fungal infections which lead to death. It is all over but he is no longer eating his flakes or the frozen bloodworms I put in.

Check your water quality and post the numbers if you can. Is the fungus infection over? What did u use to treat? Could be stressed and give it time.

Used pimafix and it is over just tested today 7.2pH, 0 nitrite, 0 ammonia, and 60 nitrate . I was stunned with the nitrate, so the woman at the fish told me to do a 50 % water change which I had already planned to do.

The SD is probably very stressed. Nitrate has to come down substantially via water changes. It should eventually eat without hesitation.
The current diet is not good. It needs a diet rich in veggies, with some insects here and there (bloodworm will do). Veggies can include peas, garbanzo, zuccini, but be very careful of water quality while still not eating eagerly. If possible, post a picture of the tank and a detail of the fish; that may provide additional basis for suggestions. What other fish are in the tank? They like to live in groups.
Good luck!
