Silver Dollar. Sickness ID.

So I bought 4 of these little guys for my tank, They are currently in a 2.5 gallon quarantine right now. I have never really seen this on a freshwater fish in many years of fishkeeping. Looks like black ich, but would like a 2nd opinion or a confirmation on what this is so I can treat it.

I know silver dollar show black skin spots but the same thing is on their fins which is a sure sign is some sort of parasite

Currently using Seachem ParaGaurd, to get ahead of it till then.

I buy sick fish every once in a while cause my LFS sells them at a discount if their sick

Looks like black spot disease. Keep in a quarantine tank. Treat with prazipro. Repeat treatment x3 with days to 1 week in between treatment.
