I just caught my silver dollars rubbing against each other towards their bottom fins could they be breeding. Need to know how to sex to make sure. Its a male and female.

Silver Dollars arent bred that regulary in home aquaria, and they are immaterial, meaning that female and male look alike. But chances are they could be spawning. What ever your doing, keep it up.
The anal fins of male dollars are pointed and the females are rounded, this is how you can tell the difference and the rubbing against each other is what they do when breeding
