silver dollars trying to breed...

i have 2 male and 2 female, 4'' silver dollars in a 72g. it looks like they are spawning in typical tetra fashion, but there are no eggs. in the research i have done, it looks like the water conditions are right. anyone have experience with breeding silver dollars?

thanks. i've had luck w/ cichlids and swordtails, but this is way more challenging. anyone have pics of eggs or spawning? many i just can't identify them. i have a sand/gravel substrait and thick plastic plants.
