I was asked to take 2 silver dollars that are currently 2". I was thinking I could put them in with my Female JD who is in a 55 by herself, She is really mellow so I think that it will work. Here is an example of how passive she is. The first few days I had my EBJD (1.5") I had him in with her and somehow he got around the divider and was on her side of the tank when I got home work. I have no idea how long he was over there but she paid little attention to him (To my relief as I almost had a heart attack when I saw this). He couldn't get back on the other side of the divider and he could have been over there all day for all I know.

So I guess my question is, does anybody see this as being a bad idea?

I don't see an issue, SDs get too big IMO for a 55, not that they can't live in one being it's only two of them but I think they would just dominate the look of the tank once they got bigger.

I was thinking about putting then my 75, but with a GT, 2 severums, a FM, and a pictus cat I think it would be too overstocked adding 2 silver dollars.

Nothing messes with an SD!!! Go for it!!! I have 20 of them in my 265 with every sort of "monster" you can imagine. Nothing messes with an SD!!! If if they do, then they probably deserve "a royal FLUSH"!!!
