Silver dollars

If the fish are small like 1 or 2" long, they can live in a tanks small like that for awhile. For 15 adult silver dollars, I would go wit a 6 foot long tank, that's a lot of fish.

Some of your fish might be red hooks but normally they are priced higher then the regular ones.

A few of my Silver Dollars have some red on their bottom fin. But they're not red hooks. A red hook silver dollar will have a longer bottom fin then a normal silver dollar will have. Personally I have 10 silver dollar in my tank. I used to have 12 but due to an accident I lost a couple. 15 full grown Silver dollars are going to take up a lot of space. I keep mine in a 450 gallon 8 foot long tank.

better be thinking 6' tank ... maybe sooner than you think ... my 3 s.d.'s outgrew a 55 pretty quick...

I have half a dozen 4" sds in my 300. 15 is a pretty big school.

4" long but the same from top to bottom. Super skittish at times.

Generally i think the males have the red anal fin ? these would be super red if they were red hooks. I have a school of 8 in a 6x2x2 half of them are cd size and even that is not enough room if they get a bit scared. you would do well to keep them in a quiet area too.
