I was at my lfs and asked the owner about a Gar like fish that was labled as a Silver Gar. I asked the guy if it was a true Gar he said it was and was from south america. I was tempted to buy it because I love south american fish. The fish was about 6in and he said it would grow about 50% larger. Are their any South American Gar?
