the silver broke its neck i was 4 inches was in a 55 gallon i guess it just got scared or sum ting but it was screwed anyways it couldn't eat, swim or barely move had to end its suffering

im pretty sure a silver can put up a big fight just like a jardini.

depend, a same size jar can beat a silver but a full grow jar can hardly stand again a full grow silver, especially in a large tank!
like the jar in our member TLkmDN's pond, I usually see it stay at the corners of the pond while the silvers swim around the pond like boss! And I don't see the jar try to compete in foods with other fish in any of his video!
