[FONT=&quot]I think I am done with Oscars, at least for now. Now don’t get me wrong I love their personalities but man are they dirty. About a year ago I was forced to move and had to get rid of all my fish friends. In total I lost my 2 Oscars (a tiger and an albino), my monster knife, and all my polypterus along with a couple common plecos. I have finally got my tanks up again and decided to go with a couple Columbian silvertip sharks, a high fin leopard pleco, a common pleco (I think) and a striped Raphael. Currently they have all been very happy together but I will be splitting them up soon, as I have to start converting my Silvertips to marine. I have yet to set up a marine tank but am confident with that. My question is, some sites say to go brackish with the silvertips and some say go full marine? Also what would be a good algae eater for my marine that my silvertips won’t eat lol? Oh and when should I start converting my silvertips to marine? from what I have read I should start at about 6-7inches so I need to do it very soon. Anyone have any experiences doing this? I know it's done slowly with each partial water change but I don't want to shock them. Here are some pics. I'm not the best photographer and they are shy so they are the best I could get. The first 3 are my silvertips, The next 2 are my high fin Leopard pleco Carmilla, and the last one is Arucard (what I think is just a common pleco)
