Silver with alot of Red

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It's common to see redness on finages of the young silvers nowadays. But yours is alittle bit too much. More like been enhanced?:WHOA:

I haven't been feeding it any thing different then most people on this site, when i bought it,it had some red but it keeps getting redder. Twice a week i give it a little bit of krill as a treat and i also skip 1 day a week with no feeding, you know the saying ,a hungry fish is a healthy fish. It does get the light on most of the time,it gets jumpy with the light off. and does any one know what i did wrong to not be able to view pic's on the site any more ?

Hey Tong check your e-mail and you will see the color in my frontosa's,and once the fish i bought from you start to color up i will post the pic's also.

I know as it ages it will lose most of the red,it's still the same fish tho,Im not new at keeping fish and it's been about 30 some thing years that i have been keeping and breeding fish.

more then common. its what silvers have when young. most of it will be gone as it ages.

wether it seems like more then usual. reddish or pinkish is very very common on young specimans. it will most deffinatly fade as he grows. if he still has those colors in 2 years, then we should all be amazed.

n i didnt say anything bout ur knowledge towards fish keeping lol, all i said was its common on young aros.

I took it as if you were talking to some one that doesn't know any thing about keeping and breeding fish. tell me when you last seen a silver with this much red ?
