Hi everyone,,,,
got a new arowana in my 120G, just wanted to know whether hes an asian arowana or a silver arowana.... actually speaking i donno the difference between the two.
if so,,, what is the scientific name??? refer below pics ... (sorry for the bad picture quality)

one more doubt - will adding the hard type of salt, ROCK SALT, (not used for cooking) create a problem for the Arowana???

is the colour the same ?????

There are a few species of asian aros. All with different colours. The asian arowanas look more related to jardinis than to silvers.
