- Members on "Probation" status or any member who registers under more than one name might not/will not be qualified to enter our MFK lucky draw(s). - Should the winner of the lucky draw be uncontactable or unavailable for up to 5minutes after being selected, his or her winning ticket will be discredited and a new winner shall be selected

- Prizes/Store coupons are non-transferable
- Store coupons are non-exchangeable for cash
- Left over values from coupons will not be exchangeable for cash

- Photocopies of coupons will not be acceptable
- Should the prize be unavailable for collection on the day itself, the winner of the lucky draw will arrange the collection on another date with the respective stores
- In the case of Damage or Loss in the collection of the complimentary (free) lucky draw, there will not be a replacement prize
- Prizes/Coupons are to be redeemed within 1 year unless otherwise stated
