I have a dovii fry bout 3/4 inch long (if that), in a 5 gallon tank, with heater about 75* , large filter. what should I do to take care of this fish, and how fast will it grow?

They grow pretty fast, about an .75"/month til they hit around 6" then it may slow down a tad.

if you want to grow steadily then feed it just high quality pellets - hikari, spectrum etc
if you want him to bulk up quickly then you can feed him SMALL bits of fish flesh and prawn.
definitely keep his main diet as pellets though as they can quite easily refuse them at a young age if spoilt.
