I'm running a 29g planted tank, using PFS cap over potting soil, and all my plants seem to be doing well (easy ones, Anubias, Wisteria, Amazon Sword, and Dwarf Hairgrass).
Currently I'm dosing API Leaf Zone and liquid CO2 weekly after my water change...

Are both of these necessary, or is there a single liquid fertilizer I could use to replace them, such as Seachem Flourish or something? Just trying to simplify things and cut down on clutter...

Have about 1.2wpg of lighting (never have found a PAR rating) dual T5 fixture using two grow bulbs...

There is no substitute for anything really, in fact, really, with dosing you need at least macro ferts and micro ferts....which are two seperate things all together. Given that your tank is dirted, you should be fine for a while without any major dosing. And the liquid co2 stuff doesn't ever help me much, so I don't even bother 90% of the time (seems only useful for helping to remove algae in the planted tank....I use flourish excel for that)

Also, what brand is your light, and how old are the bulbs? I fear that with two t5-ho bulbs on a 29g (how tall is said tank?) that you might have more light than you've bargained for....if you are into high light you will need to lower your lighting levels in one of several ways, or add co2 injection....because high light doesn't work without co2 injection, and I'm talking pressurized, not DIY or liquid.

Also, while on that subject. WPG isn't a thing and doesn't mean anything. I'd search to see if you can find a par rating for your specific fixture, but if not, post a picture of the light with the bulbs in it and what the fixture looks like from underneath, I could attempt to give you my rough estimate of what light level you are at and what to do if it is too high.

It's a 30" dual bulb Aqueon fixture, using their grow bulbs... I've emailed their customer service twice about trying to get a PAR rating, since wpg isn't very helpful, and have yet to receiver any type of response... and as mentioned in my original, it's only a T5, not T5HO

I think the height of a standard 29 tall is... 20"?

When I get home I could post a pic or link to the fixture... it came with one grow bulb and one color bulb, and I took the color out and added another one of their grow bulbs (forget the spectrum, this night at work has my brain fried). Bulbs are maybe 2 months old now.

Timer has the light on from roughly 9am to 830pm...

Ooohhh, call it a t5no then, normally people say t5 and assume Ho lol

I'd only run a light for 8 or 10 hours tbh. You're probably at medium lighting if not lower.
