My RTBS looks like he is upset with him but I don't see any fin nipping mostly shoving for a good spot in the dark in the bottom of some driftwood. My clown pleco also likes to hang out there to.

They are in a 80 planted with tetras kuhli loaches and a few shrimp and a BGK

I'd recommend at least four more. Looks like a nice setup, though, from what I see.

Do you have other hiding spots? More hiding spots would give them more options... pretty sure the bgk is usually hiding.

+1 on the more hiding spots and adding 4 or more loaches. Clowns are social and feel more secure in a shoal. Hiding spot wise something they can swim into if they want is nice. IME if you have hiding spots spread out in the tank that should help them be out and about more. Right now Petsmart is having a sale on clowns, but I would quarantine because they'll most likely have ich before you add them to your main tank.
