they've been trained to eat pellets, but will also take guppies, blood worms, frozen foods of all sorts

they're kept in 80 degree water, my friend kept his in 90 degree water. They can live under ice during the winter

The ones I got eat chopped shrimps like there's no tomorrow. They also take Hikari sinking gold, and Tetra Bit sinking... Pretty much go for any sinking type of food. They live in a no-heater tank, with water temperature fluctuate between 50F-80F
