I have a bristle nose pleco and want to know how to sink it so I can eat it and how long do I leave it in there and my bn looks uninterested in the zucchini all it does it lay on Its driftwood

I am no expert, but I hear that alot of people will rubberband a slice of zucchini to a rock and sink it, or stab a piece with a fork, but I have read that some people do not like the fork method.

or you can buy veggie clips:

Thanks and how can I make him heat it he just leave it alone and sit on the other side of the tank and is this bad I cut the zucchini and put a rock in it so it can sink

Just keep trying, or use other veggies. Mine didnt really care for squash at first but he was all over potato, and now he goes after the squash as well.

it didnt eat the zucchini:( and the people at the lfs only feed it fish flakes and pellets so should it need time and only try feeding iit vegetables

I use the fork method with mine. He will eat the zucchinnii eventually its better than cucumber imo. My 1 inch albino bn grew to 5 inches in 1 year in a 50 gallon. Also used NLS pellets with the garlic in them.

Try leaving some in overnight. I think your Plec will eventually take it. If you leave some in overnight, take it out in the morning as you don't want to foul up the water.

When I feed zucchinnii, I cut it in half lenght-wise and use a fishing line weight to weigh it down. The top of the weight where the fishing line would go through the loop is small enough to punch in the skin of the zucchinnii but fat enough not to pop back out. By cutting it length-wise, I punch the tip of the weight through the skin and when the zucchinnii falls to the bottom the weight causes the skin part to be on the bottom and the soft squash part of it is on top.
