can someone tell me what species this little guy is? sorry for the bad pics. also can you tell me how big it will get.

My guess would be lesser siren. They're supposed to be between a foot and two feet, I think.

The most important characters for Siren species and subspecies are geographic origin and the number of costal grooves (the vertical indentations all along the sides) between the front legs and the vent. These can be quite hard to count on a live, wriggling siren, but try it when the siren is lying still and let us know what you get.
