Sitting at the bottom

Hello guys
I don't think my problem is something never heard of but I m just curious about it . The aro which is a HBG of approx 7" lies at the bottom very clamly when I have both the filters working . When I use one of them he is fine . Is it just the high water flow or something else ? Just curious about it . Also to mention it has just been a week before I bought him.

Tank size 700l
2 Filters output 5000l/hr
He swims quite normal at the bottom half and then sits for a while .

Is there anyway you can adjust the flow on both filters?

I connected a spraybar to both of them but that too didn't change the habit of the aro .

Okay test your water parameters and list them.
