hi

i have noticed today one of my sharks seems to be struggling,
its swimming vertical and sometimes upside down,, i checked my parameters this morning.. and even went to the LFS to buy a new api kit to be 100% iv done the relevant tests now 4-5 times

and my parameters are 100% accurate.

my heat is still at 84 c and my salt treatment i did 10 days ago for ich is all but finished now.. i have had my drip system running for quite a while through a 2 stage chloramine filter at 4 ltrs an hour..

anyone have issues like this .. all my other fish including the other shark are fine..

i have
2 oscars 3 - 4"
Jack dempsey (old man ) 7-8"
green terror 2 "
2 silver sharks 5"
2 cloawn loaches 2"
crass cutter cat fish 3"
2 x Synadontis cat fish around 8"

all in a 150+ 55 sump

cheers

Could be a swim bladder issue. what are you feeding it? Change anything recently?

Tbh the sharks are only a couple of weeks old, im feeding a mixture of hikari gold, dried meal worms veggie waffers and odd times garden peas

just to add im trying to post a picture of my api test results.. it wont let me upload..

home from work today and it seems kinda ok... still doesnt look ok.. but havnt seen an upside down swim etc.. it just looks as if its really hard for him to maintain balance..

just tested gh and i get 4-5 same as water from tap..
gonna test Kh

just picked up new testers.. again.. gh and kh are all ive not tested..

unless an issue with my drip system
