Size of matura male ray?

I have 2 male rays. one is a motoro i got about 6 months ago. He came mature at 7". He hasnt really grown at all since i have had him. I also have a male aparacio ray i got from rapps about 3 months ago. He came in immature at 6". He is now 9.5" and still immature. Is it normal for a motoro to mature at 7"? I thiught aparcio was a smaller species that would mature first.

From what I have been reading, that sounds small to be mature.

My old motoro matured at 8ish, by no means is it unheard of. Male motoros grow at a fairly slow rate. My old pair was the same size and then within a year the female went from 8 to 15" in the time my male went from 7-9"

males all mature at different sizes there is no set size that any male MUST or must not be mature at

Basically you will know if its mature lets say males are normally well hung when mature if you know what I mean

Yeah my motoro is well hung. My aparcio is small like me.
