How long does it take for angelfish to reach maturity and how fast do they grow?

Right now my baby angelfish get feed chiclid delight , bloodworms, and high quality flake food. and are being kept at 79f and ph of 7.6.

they are quite the little pigs, they are at the moment about 1.5 inches long and tall.

I've kept angels most my life. IME They grow rapidly until they get to be around 3-4" then it slows down. I've seen angels over 10" tall. If enough space is provided for them it seems the longer they lilve the larger they get. I don't know if there is a max size on them. In fact years ago this was the topic at a club meeting ( weather kept the schelduled speaker from getting there.) The results on max size were inconclusive.
For sexual matuirity around 10-12 months. I've had eggs early than this but never had them survive.
