My discus are also quite skiddish. All they do is hide behind the driftwood for a long time, after like 3 hours of me being in my room they come out. I hangout in my room, i dont move around very quick, i try to move slow, and i clean the tank every other day, so they should be used to me...I dont know what to do ...it makes me sad
