Skidish peacock bass

Hey guys I have 2 peacock bass about 7" and they are still skidish, from what I have read usually they are only skidish when they are younger...but it seems to be getting worse and idk why? If you guys could give me some ideas to prevent them from being so skidish that would be great! Thanks.

My old hybrids became more skiddish the older they got so I hear ya man. I sold them before I could ever figure it out. But like he said put it in the cichla section those guys can help!

I have three grow outs that are about that size and they are skittish sometimes.I never know what might set them off...My three bigger bass that are at least ten inches in length,on the other hand,don't seem to show any fear at all....age and size may play a part.

What does your tank look like? If u don't have any plants maybe try some plants to make them feel more at home n natural
