I rescued this guy the other day from the worst water conditions I have ever seen. What is this condition? I didn't bother checking the water it came out of, I'm sure it was the absolute worst.

Thank you. I rescued many more but this one was the worst. I'll pick up meds tomorrow. Hopefully it survives.
