Skinny Disease

I have a few questions I hope you guys can help with. I have 15 CL's, and 2 of them have skinny disease for sure. They eat fine, but they're so thin you can almost see their bones. I was planning on quarantining them and treating them separately.

First of all, should I separate them?

Secondly, if I use Levamisole powder, what is the correct dose?

How long have you had these loaches? Could the 2 in question just not be as aggressive with food as the others and as a result seem skinny compared to the rest of the group? I had a couple that I was concerned about but fattened up after a few months.

I have never treated for skinny disease so I won't be any help with medicine or dosage. Sorry.
