So 2 of my mbuna have something going on. They have the notorious white feces from time to time but they are still acting normal with the exception of not eating as much or at all and have gotten a sunken belly quite quickly. Everyone else seems normal. Could this be skinny disease? I can't really find much on it. They did undergo some stress from a relentless kenyi that I have since put in a solo tank (he had every fish in my tank with missing fins). I don't think it's bloat. Any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance.
I've included a picture of the rusty that seems to be the worst. You can actually see the red zebra in the background that is the other sick one.
