hello all, I recently purchased 3 ocellarispeacock bass cichlids and they are an inch and a half long, about a week ago for my very established 125 gallon tank with 3 aquaclear 110s. They were devouring black worms a few times a day with the occasional rosys and guppys. Now one of them has a slightly swollen anus along with not eating as much if not anything. Now I just noticed this today, but it does have me worried. He kind of seems to be shy and timid today as well I only have a silver dollar in the tank with them about 2 inches long and he never harassed them so I don’t think it’s stress related. Does anyone have any idea ? He also is skinny looking

Could be a parasite or bacterial infection. Have you ever used any parasitic medication like prazipro, metro or levamisole HCL on these fish?

No I have not, I have only had them for about a week and a half, should I wait it out and see if it gets worse or start treating?
