A little background: I'm just a high schooler with a 55 gallon tank and 3 convict cichlids. 2 pink females (sisters, around 1.5 to 2.25 inches) and 1 blue convict (which I assume is male). I plan on breeding my convicts and getting a marble variety, as my females carry the marble gene. So my question is, my two females have different body shapes. One is long and slim, the other "regular" short bodied. Which body shape do people perfer? ;)

In the long run, they all end up being cons....Females have redish-pink bellies.......If the stock you have shows irregular bodyshapes, it means they have been inbred way too many times...Cons are looked at as feeders because of their ease of breeding......I personally enj oy the "regular" shape....Any pix???????????????
