Slipknot VS. Stone Sour

I'm a fan of both, mainly Slipknot, but I enjoy a bit of stone sour. I hear lots of argument on youtube about which is better. I'm just wondering in your opinions who is better. List some reasons.

Slipknot : One of the few bands with more than 1 drummer.
Has nine members.
How wild there performances are.
Lots of aggression and anger in there songs.
and plain simply, They have kick ass masks.

Stone sour : Has the lead singer of Slipknot (Corey Taylor) and one guitarist (James Root)
Less violent songs, yet more Skillful vocals
Won't make little kids cry
More meaningful songs

Stone Sour sucks. They are feeding off of Slipknots fame. If it wasn't for Slipknot getting big they would still be a local band.

i enjoy more of SS's songs, slipknot has just wore out on me. i enjoy better lyrics than just RAGHHHRGEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!kinds of growls and such.

for the record stone sour was first for corey.... both bands are equal in my book listen and love them both.... you can't really say wich is better cause they are different styles of music

I agree, it all depends on what I want to listen to at the time, one's not better then the other they are different styles of music, they just have some of the same band members.

yup I agree, totally different styles so it's not fair to compare them.

I dig'em both, but generally listen to more slipknot.

slipknot gives a good live show but thats where it ends i think they both suck sorry
