The floor slopes in the apartment where I set up my new 75 (no fish or decor yet), so I added an extra piece of plywood and then 1.5 inch pink foam on top of it in an attempt to level out the imperfection. My problem is that the tank is still sitting unevenly.
Does the pink foam still need time to settle in and even out, or is there a different route that I should take to stabilize the tank?

Yep, like invisyblegypsey said. The foam only takes out imperfections.

Its a wood stand with an extra piece of plywood on top and then 1.5 inch pink foam.
I just picked up 84 shims. They're about an inch wide, so how should I space them? ( I got enough to place them continuously if necessary).

Is it looking ok?

The first picture is the 48" long side of the tank and the second is the 18" long side levels.

Do you think I have enough shims?

I think it means your fine! Just make sure it doesn't rock at all.
