So I recently decided to setup my 180g tank again and once the cycle finished I went to the store and picked up 1 Albino Tiger Oscar, 1 Red Oscar, and 1 Tiger Oscar. All 3 of them seem to be getting along well and eating well but the Albino Tiger doesn't seem to be growing like at all? It's been about a month and a half now and the Red and Regular Tiger Oscar have grown like weeds while the Albino Tiger is still sitting at about 2.5 inches. I'm starting to get worried that he will begin to get bullied because he is so small. Anyone ever experience anything like this?

Welcome aboard!

There are variables such as the smallest Oscar is the lowest in command, possibly a runt, or poor genes.

I mean should I be worried about him and take him out and try to give him his own tank and see if things change? I've always just done two Oscars in the past so wanted to try three this time, but I also want to do what's best for the fish.

The small Oscar should be isolated from the other 2 Oscars. Do proper water changes and give good food and see what happens.

I’ve been raising Oscars for years now and all of my Oscars have grown ridiculously quick but I had this one tiger Oscar he was the slowest grower in the world. He would eat just as much as the other Oscars but he would grow at like half the rate but then he hit a growth spirt and he’s like 10 inches now.

I moved him into a grow out tank with my Jack Dempsey, so far so good and he seems to be more active and happier.

Thanks for the reply! hopefully it's the same story with my little guy.
