Buster, my 9" male FH has been rather sluggish for the last week. Just discovered that he has been ........






..... COLD !

I'd left the heater switched of after last week's water change. doh !

awww. iv done it before, or forgotten to plug the filter back in.

i did it last week with a pair of boas. ony when i got them out to feed did i realise they were stone cold :-(
theres a reason i dye my hair blonde lol

very nice FH! i'd guess that it's a male ZZ? how long did it take to get to 9", or what's the normal growth rate in this specimen?

Yup, male red dragon ZZ. I've only had him for about 2-3 months, so can't comment too much on his growth rate. He's certainly filled out a fair bit since I've had him.
Amazingly I got him for virtually nothing, in part exchange for some fish at one of my LFS. He was sitting dejected at the back of a tiny tank, full of (mostly dead) plants. He was in good condition, but thinner than I would have liked. No label, no price, the staff thought he was a trimac. I asked how much he would be, considering that I had just donated some fish to them, and they said I could have him for nothing. :WHOA:
