Years ago I obtained some large 5-6" wild Uaru fernandezyepezi. It was a miserable experience and the fish did poorly. Recently The Wet Spot got in some smaller 2 1/2-3" wild specimens and I decided to give it another shot. Well, things thus far have gone completely differently (knock on wood). They are personable, school together and pound down flake food. In fact they're the first to the top of the aquarium.
