smal IT having cloud eye

hello guys,
need some help with my little 2inch IT,he has cloud eye for 4days now.
if done a lote to make it stop,but nothing worked out.
i did the following things:
a water change everyday.
added salt
i checked my water at a close lfs,everything was our right,no nitrate.
buyed an internal filter to clean my water even more.
i thin kthe fish got cloud eye because of my plants how are al starting to die.
how can i help my little fella?

No nitrate? Is your tank cycled?

Is it in both its eyes?
Are any other fish effected?
How long has it had it?

problem is fixed,the wierd thing is ther was completly no nitrate in the water
