I want to gift a friend of mine something like a desktop aquarium with a Betta Splendens. Ideally, this needs to be delivered to his home in Urbana or Champaign, Illinois. (I will confirm exact address soon.)
Does any have this for sale or have a website which has these "packages" (i.e. tank+live fish) for sale?
