Only thing you can do is keep your eyes open for someone's announcement. There's only one breeding farm licensed to sell juvie AULs and they have a minimum order requirement. I got my AULs from hobbyists that took a risk at ordering 10-12 each and offering them for sale after paying for the lot plus chipping, shipping, import permits, and customs fees.

Nope. There's no reason to go to that extreme. AULs are not high on any programmed breeding list outside of their native country. There's no great economic gain to made from them and they're not a species to consider a forced breeding and concentrated rearing program as is the case with food market fish species.
I think I got the last one from H2O aquatics? Before buying I looked into importing from the Australian farm Oddball spoke of. No luck, I don't have a license and min order was a lot! Something in the area of $5000... For 10 fish minimum???
