lee's is in monterey park on garvey ave. its between alhambra road and nicholson on the north side of garvey... across the street from a shell gas station. jesus, the owner, is a cool guy. he has good prices and some decent mosnters. i was tempted to pick up some p-bass from him. i got some small clown loaches from him a while back. he usually has some in stock.
