Small flowerhorn food

Hey everyone have two small flowerhorns there like 3/4 of an inch each any suggestions on a good food for them new too the flowerhorns I mainly keep sa/ca cichlids first time getting into the hybrids thanks

Try Omega One "small grain" sinking Cichlid Pellets. All my fish tear it up.

Start with a mix of the omega pellets and grow out some brineshrimp, I find survival of fry increases with variety of food in diet, even add some crumbled fish flakes
